Refund Policy

How It Works

We want you to feel confident about your investment. That's why we offer a straightforward refund policy:

• Attend Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3 of the course
• If after the third session you feel the course is not meeting your expectations, email us
• You will receive a full refund of the amount you paid
• No justification required. No questions asked.

Refund Request Process

• Send an email to solutions@noeldcosta.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
• Include your full name and the email address you registered with
• Your refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the third session ending
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

What's Not Covered

• Refund requests submitted after the third session's 24-hour window
• Participants who did not attend at least 2 of the first 3 sessions (recordings do not count as attendance for refund purposes)
• Requests based on reasons unrelated to course quality (e.g., scheduling conflicts that arise after the course begins)

Cancellation Before Course Start

If you need to cancel your registration before the course begins:

• More than 7 days before start date: Full refund
• 3-7 days before start date: 50% refund or transfer to the next cohort
• Less than 3 days before start date: Transfer to the next cohort (no refund)

Cohort Transfer

If you are unable to attend the current cohort, you may transfer your registration to the next available cohort at no additional cost. Transfer requests must be made before the third session of your current cohort. Only one transfer is permitted per registration.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life happens. If you face a genuine emergency or medical situation that prevents you from participating, contact us at solutions@noeldcosta.com and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
