1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sapopedia website (ai.sapopedia.com) and the SAP AI & Automation Course offered by Noel D'Costa ("Instructor", "we", "us"). By registering for the course or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Course Registration

By submitting your name and email through the registration form, you are expressing interest in the SAP AI & Automation Course. Registration does not constitute a binding purchase until payment is completed. Course details and payment instructions will be sent to your registered email address.

3. Course Details

The course consists of 20 live Zoom sessions, each approximately 1 hour in duration
Sessions are scheduled across 4 weeks (3 weekday + 2 weekend sessions per week)
The course is limited to 40 participants per cohort
All sessions are recorded and made available within 24 hours
Course content, schedule, and structure may be adjusted at the Instructor's discretion

4. Pricing & Payment

Early bird pricing: $269 (regular price: $599)
Early bird pricing is available until all 40 seats are filled or until the Instructor decides to end the promotion
Payment details will be provided via email after registration
All prices are in US Dollars (USD)

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 3-session refund guarantee. If you attend the first 3 sessions and feel the course is not right for you, email solutions@noeldcosta.com within 24 hours of the third session for a full refund. No questions asked. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, recordings, handouts, templates, and frameworks, are the intellectual property of Noel D'Costa and Sapopedia. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share course materials with anyone outside the registered cohort without written permission.

7. Recordings

Session recordings are provided for personal use only
Recordings must not be downloaded, shared, uploaded, or distributed
Access to recordings may be revoked if these terms are violated

8. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct during live sessions. The Instructor reserves the right to remove any participant who is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates these terms. In such cases, a pro-rated refund may be issued at the Instructor's discretion.

9. Disclaimer

The SAP AI & Automation Course is an educational program. While the course includes career positioning guidance, we do not guarantee employment outcomes, salary increases, job placements, or specific career results. Individual results depend on many factors beyond the scope of this course.

10. Privacy

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sapopedia and Noel D'Costa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the course or use of this website.
